How do I make an order?
Once you have identified the item that you would like to purchase, select it and choose the size and colour that you would like. The item will be added onto your shopping cart and you will be taken to the payment options. You will pay through Payfast , where you can use your credit card or pay via EFT.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery within South African takes up to 7 workings days once payment has been made. Delivery outside of South Africa takes up to 2-3 weeks depending on the country.
How do I return an item?
Should you be unhappy about a garment for any reason, please email us on info@charlieirishsa.com. We will collect the garment/s from you. We only accept returns for garments that have not been worn or used.
How do I track my parcel?
We track all local and international deliveries. Please send us an email on info@ charlieirishsa.com and we will track the parcel for you. We will also send you a tracking no.
Do you provide International delivery?
We do provide international delivery. International clients should please email info@charlieirishsa.com with their full delivery addresses in order to source the most affordable shipping quote.
What is your returns policy?
Garments can be returned within 5 days of purchase provided that they have not been worn or used. You can choose to either receive an exchange, or credit note. We do not offer any refunds.
